What we do

Counselling can help you sort through thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and find strategies to help you cope with difficult situations.

Counselling may help with:

  • Support for difficult or complex personal or family issues
  • Issues that may be causing anxiety or distress
  • Support with grief and loss
  • Support with life or health changes
  • Support to address social isolation and connection
  • Developing strategies to help with difficult experiences or emotions.

Who can use our service?

Anyone aged over 5 years can access our counselling services.

Supporting mental health and wellbeing through accessible counselling for people of all ages.

How you access

Family or self-referrals are welcome, or clients may be referred by their GP or other health professional.

Alternatively, referrals can be sent via email using the Stepped Care Intake and Referral Form.

What to bring

  • Medicare card
  • Health Care Card and / or concession card (if you have one)
  • Previous test results or reports
  • Medicines you need to take while you are here
  • Glasses, hearing aid(s) and/or walking frame if needed
