Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic

The South Gippsland Hospital Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic is a service offered to the South Gippsland community. The service is based at the Community Health Centre in a private and welcoming environment.

The Clinic is conducted by a specially trained Nurse, who is able to provide information and advice on sexual and health issues including:

  • Menstruation / puberty
  • Adolescent sexual health
  • Contraception
  • Sexually transmitted infection
  • Breast health
  • Cervical screening (pap smear)
  • Fertility awareness
  • Continence information
  • Menopause

The Clinic operates on Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm.

The Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse is also available for group education sessions and presentations to community and secondary school groups on a variety of topics. Please contact the Nurse on Wednesdays to discuss your requirements.
