An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Grade 2 Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration to join our dynamic Allied Health team. You will be providing high quality physiotherapy services in association with other clinicians, the client and family/carers in the community and acute hospital settings.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Ability to undertake Physiotherapy clinical and risk assessments, providing suitable interventions in an acute, rehabilitation and / or community setting.
- Ability to provide high quality coordinated physiotherapy services in the inpatient and/or community setting in association with other clinicians, the client, family and carers.
- Experience facilitating group-based interventions (desirable)
- Well-developed verbal, written and IT communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set priorities and work collaboratively or autonomously in an efficient manner to meet requirements of the role
- Experience in teaching, directing and supervising AHAs, Grade 1 AHPs and/or students (desirable)
- Evidence of professional supervision and/or professional development
- Demonstrated ability to competently maintain documentation and statistical data

You will be working with clients eligible for PAS, providing comprehensive care coordination, advocacy and individualised goal-based care planning. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with other clinicians, clients and family/carers in the community.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health or community services discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in care co-ordination including effective assessments, referrals and goal-based care planning and/or lifestyle coaching.
- Understanding of the principles of client advocacy, self-management and inclusive culturally safe practice.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work both independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital information technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in administration, documentation and record keeping processes.
- Relevant aged care, community or health sector experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

South Gippsland Hospital is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Dietitian to cover a parental leave absence. The Dietitian provides high quality assessments, treatment and dietary and nutritional care for inpatients and community-based clients. A strong knowledge and skill base, with a commitment to patient-centred care, collaborative practice and evidence-based knowledge contributes to positive client outcomes and service development.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
