What we do

YAC is a free clinic offered to all young people aged 12-25 years. It is open on Mondays during the school term from 12.00 pm – 4.30 pm. With a Nurse, GP and Headspace counsellor on site, YAC can help with physical, mental and sexual health concerns. This includes Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening, regular GP appointments and Headspace referrals.

Who can use our service?

Anyone aged 12–25 years old.

How you access

No referral is necessary.

You can make an appointment with our Community Care Reception team Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on telephone 03 5683 9780.
