What we do
Exercise Physiologists specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs for the prevention and management of chronic disease and injury.
Exercise Physiologists complete individualised assessment and goals and programs that suit you. These may include developing individual strength and conditioning programs or linking you in with an exercise or rehabilitation group.
The Exercise Physiologist is involved with the Balance Group, Moovers (exercise group), Positive Ageing Service and Rehabilitation Group.
How you access
Family or self-referrals are welcome, or clients may be referred by their GP or other health professional.
