What we do
The Rehab Group is for anyone recovering from recent illness or injury or people who have a chronic illness.
Prior to attending, you will meet with the Exercise Physiologist who will work with you to understand your goals for rehabilitation, your strengths, abilities and needs.
The weekly Rehab Group aims to improve strength, range of motion, mobility, balance and general fitness. Generally, you will attend the Rehab Group for between 8-12 weeks.
Once you have met your rehabilitative goals you can join our other ongoing exercise classes.
