Social Support Group

What we do

Social Support Groups are a great option for those who have difficulty getting out and about, but still want to stay connected to their community.

Whether your aim is to keep fit, make new friends, learn new interests, stay mentally alert, relax, be creative or just have time away from home, we can support you to meet these goals.

The groups offer a range of different activities, including but not limited to; art, craft, games, gardening, seated exercises, board games, quizzes and guest speakers.  And the groups go on outings once a month.

Activities are tailored to suit the interests of the people within the group.

Transportation is supplied if required.
