What we do
Counselling can help you sort through thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and to find strategies to help you cope with difficult situations. Counselling may help with:
- Support for difficult or complex personal or family issues
- Issues that may be causing anxiety or distress
- Support with grief and Loss
- Support with life or health changes
- Support to address social isolation and connection
- Developing strategies to help with difficult experiences or emotions.
How you access
Family or self-referrals are welcome, or clients may be referred by their GP or other health professional.
