Counselling

What we do

Counselling can help you sort through thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and to find strategies to help you cope with difficult situations.  Counselling may help with:

  • Support for difficult or complex personal or family issues
  • Issues that may be causing anxiety or distress
  • Support with grief and Loss
  • Support with life or health changes
  • Support to address social isolation and connection
  • Developing strategies to help with difficult experiences or emotions.

How you access

Family or self-referrals are welcome, or clients may be referred by their GP or other health professional.

For further information or to book an appointment please contact our community care reception team Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on 5683 9780.
