Diabetes Clinic

Ongoing education and support for people with diabetes. This includes individuals with Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Diabetes in pregnancy, impaired glucose tolerance and impaired fasting glycaemia.

Our Diabetes Clinic is run at the Community Health Centre and home visits can be offered if required.

Medicare funded Diabetes appointments are available.
