PODIATRIST Grade 2 - locum position

Locum position 5 weeks

An opportunity exists for a Podiatrist with current AHPRA registration and the ability to claim medicare services for Team Care Arrangement Allied Health sessions to join our dynamic Allied Health team on a short term basis.
You will be providing high quality coordinated Podiatry services in association with other clinicians, the client and family/carers in the community setting.
This position is for 0.6EFT for 5 weeks commencing 06/01/20 until 07/02/20. There may be an opportunity for increased EFT during this time.

Permanent part time 0.42 EFT

The Workplace Trainer/Careers Advisor will be responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Agreement 2016 – 2020. Providing guidance to employees to support them in progressing through opportunities in line with their chosen career path.

The role will cover South Gippsland Hospital (Foster) and Gippsland Southern Health Service (Leongatha and Korumburra) and will be required to travel between these campuses.

The role requires:

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent or ability to obtain such within the role
  • Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in a relevant field such as teaching, careers counselling or human resources
